The following are our prices for the rest of 2012, subject to the Late Booking offers below. Hill Farm Cottage sleeps four.

A Midweek Break is for four nights. It begins at 4pm on Monday and ends at 10am on Friday.

A Weekend Break is for three nights. It begins at 4pm on Friday and ends at 10am on Monday.

If you would like to book a week's stay (7 nights) then you may do so.

Additional nights will be charged at the applicable nightly rate.

Dogs and Pets


Dogs are welcome at no extra cost but you must tell us when you are booking how many dogs you have and what breed they are so that we can be sure that we can accommodate them properly.
There will be an extra charge if you turn up with more dogs than you have told us about of £5 per night per dog.

10% Discount for

Late Booking and Last Minute Deals

If you are booking your break less than 7 days ahead of the date you are due to arrive, then a last minute discount of 10% off the above quoted standard rate figures applies, including off the already discounted standard weekly rate.

We accept payment by all major credit cards via Paypal. We will email you confirmation of your booking and a link to make payment online. 30% of the total price is payable immediately on confirmation of your reservation and the balance is due six weeks before the first day of your holiday. If you are booking within six weeks of the start of your holiday, then 100% is due immediately.
