At the front of the cottage is a small self-contained garden with a furnished seating area that is ideal for a barbeque or a fine summer night with a glass of cold wine, offering stunning views across the valley.

 

At the rear of the cottage we are building a bike/boot storage shed with wash basis, perfect for bikes or boots or wet clothes at the end of a long, energetic day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hill Farm Cottage is a Cotswold stone farm building converted into a two-bedroom, self-contained building which retains the flavour, age and style of the original building. Finished to a high specification, the cottage offers charming country living at an affordable price.

The cottage is fully central-heated and has two double bedrooms. One bedroom contains a double bed, the other two singles. The living area is open plan. The kitchen is fully-fitted with dishwasher, oven, microwave, slow-cooker. It also has a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The bathroom is roomy with a bath and separate shower.

Outside, the cottage has parking for two cars and a bike/boot storage area where wet clothes can be hung to dry.

The cottage offers open-plan living, comprising a living room and kitchen, divided by a convenient breakfast bar that easily seats four. The living room area has a settee and armchairs and the windows offer a stunning view across the Severn Valley. The cottage comes complete with television, DVD, CD-player and digital radio plus a library of local information.

The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Pets are welcome, at owner's own risk, and there is a secure dog run at the side of the cottage.
